We have been located in downtown Princeton across from Princeton University since 1954 when William Miller (1913–1977), our founder, opened his law offices. Allen Porter joined him in 1967, Gerald Muller came to the firm in 1979, and David Gaynor in 2001. All of our attorneys are fully engaged in serving our clients.
